(3.) Habe so viel Vorarbeitena auf der Proyektierten Bau-
stelle sowie Grundaushub, Sand Bauholz u.s. w. sogar
Tischlerarbeit habe ich laut Zeichnung angeschaft,
wenn es wirklich soweit käme daß ich auf dem proyekti-
rten Bauplatz nicht bauen dürfte ich einen Schaden hätte
von mindestens S. 10. 000 und Wahrscheinlich nicht
mehr bauen könnte.
(4.) Es ist überhaupt sehr schwer in Gemeindegebiet Flaurl-
ling
einen Bauplatz zu bekommen.
