Die Reste waren noch bis in die 1960er Jahre sichtbar. Sie stammen von einem Wohnhaus, einem Wirtschaftsgebäude und einer Brennerei für Latschen-und Save-Öl, das aus dem Tal hinaus geliefert wurde. Im Wohnhaus war außerdem auch eine Mühle untergebracht, da ursprünglich ein ausreichend großes Bächlein herunterrann.
