Gerichtsprotokoll über ein Wegerecht der Maria Gaiß. Die Zeugen Michael Paur, Martin Renn und Andrä Weyrater bestätigen, daß die Klägerin jederzeit das Durchfahrtsrecht zu einer Flachsröste durch den Hof des Josef Schuechter innehatte. Der Beklagte vergleicht sich daher gütlich, ihr das Durchfahrtsrecht weiter zu gewähren.
