Christian Meßner auf Schlaiten, Landgericht Lienz, bestätigt, daß seine Schwägerin Katharina Kiendzer von Josef Kiendzer auf Zedlach (Schädlach) für ihr angefallenes Erbe nach ihrem Vater Christian Kiendzer und nach ihrer Mutter Maria geborene Lukaser heute entrichtet wurde. Er hat für sie 55 Gulden eine Kuh und 3 Schafe erhalten. Somit stellt er an Josef Kiendzer keine weiteren Forderungen für seine 'Schnur'.
