Herzog Sigmund bestätigt, daß die Stadt Hall die Hofstatt beim 'Enngelhaustor', welche ein landesfürstliches Lehen ist, von Hans von Embs gekauft hat. Die Hofstatt grenzt oben an das Haus des verstorbenen Hans Füger, hinten an die Ringmauer beim Tor und die Marktgasse und vorne an die Pfaffengasse. Anläßlich des Kaufes verzichtet Herzog Sigmund auf die Lehenschaft.;
