Erzherzog Sigmund verspricht den Ständen volle Entschädigung für die 25.000 Gulden, welche sie für den Rückkauf der Vorlande aufgebracht haben (vergleiche Urkunde Nr. 234 von 1489 VI 13). Auch bezüglich des Silbervertrages mit Ulrich Fugger von Augsburg und seiner Gesellschaft will er sie schadlos halten.;
