Erzherzog Maximilian III. bestätigt den Gerichtsleuten von Khizbühl den von seinem Bruder Kaiser Rudolf II. am 12. Jän. 1598 vorgelegten Konfirmationsbrief (vgl. Urk. Nr. 16/33) betreffend das Kaufrecht und die Wochenmärkte innerhalb der Bannmeile von Khizbühl, welcher auf Herzog Ludwig von Bayern aus dem Jahre 1474 zurückgeht, und hier wörtlich inseriert ist.
