Johann Georg Markl, Pfleger zu Auerburg in Bayern, attestiert dem Josef Küechler, Sattlermeister zu Oberaudorf im Gericht Auerburg, dass von dessen Ehefrau Ursula geborene Keegl in Rattenberg 10 % Nachsteuer vom Heiratsgut gefordert werde. Dazu stellt er fest, dass zwischen Tirol und Bayern kein After-Abfahrtgeld gefordert werde, da seit uralter Gewohnheit bei Heirats- und Erbgütern die Freizügigkeit herrsche und kein Kreuzer abgezogen werden dürfe.
