Andrä Moyle, Zinngießer zu Imst kündigt dem Andrä Thönig, Zimmermann im Obermarkt ein Darlehen von 200 Gulden auf. Da nie eine richtige Verzinsung erfolgt war, fordert er seinen Schuldner auf, die Rückzahlung bis Lichtmeß 1824 durchzuführen. Diese Kündigung wird beim Landgericht Imst beantragt.
