Laut obrigkeitlicher Urkunde von 1673 wird der Bürgerschaft zu Imst bestätigt, daß die Alpe Alpeil den Imstern zugehört. Gleichzeitig wird laut Lokalaugenschein den Pfafflarern eine Strafe von 20 Chaler angedroht, die Alpe Alpeil nicht mehr zu befahren und sich nach dem Protokoll von 1766 zu verhallen.
