Alter: 23; Wurde wegen des Mordes an Katharina Neuner am 22.9.1937 vom Schwurgericht am 4.1.38 zum Tode verurteilt. Wurde nicht begnadigt. Dieses Gesuch müsste vom Bundespräsidenten vom Schwurgericht, Obersten Gerichtshofes und vom Justizministerium befürwortet werden, was hier nicht der Fall war. Scharfrichter Karl Lang war aus Wien angereist. Tod durch Erhängen. Erstes Todesurteil nach 1879 im ordentlichen Verfahren (Wurnig 1934 im Standgericht).
