Alter: 45; Am Bahnhof streiften sich 2 Züge. Ein Lokführer wurde dabei getötet, mehrere Reisende zum Teil schwer verletzt. Stammte aus Innsbruck. Gerichtsverhandlung gegen den Lokführer Paul Micheli am 2.6.1939, der am Bahnunfall beteiligt war. Begann ohne Freigabe mit Verschubarbeiten, wobei es zum Zusammenstoß kam. Trotz Schuldspruches nur 4 Monate bedingte Haft.
