Alter: [Säugling]; Josefa Prock (39J), Magd in einem Gasthof in Wolfsgruben/Ritten, tötete ihr Kind gleich nach der Geburt. Das wurde erkannt und sie verhaftet.
Schwurgerichtsverhandlung gegen die Täterin am 10.12.1883. Hatte bereits 3 außereheliche Kinder. Gab an, dass sie nach der Geburt ohnmächtig wurde und nach ihrem Erwachen erkannte, dass das Kind bereits tot war. Wurde ihr nicht geglaubt. Urteil: 2 Jahre schwerer Kerker.
