Starb während des Transportes in die Innsbrucker Klinik. Schwurgerichtsverhandlung am 14.9.1950 gegen Johann Monz. Wollte eine Mordabsicht abstreiten, obwohl er mehrfach zuvor sie angekündigt hatte. Urteil: 12 Jahre schwerer Kerker.
